What is included in “Smart Renovation”?
Rooms:
- Walls — textured paint (white)
- Ceilings — matte stretch ceilings
- Flooring — laminate with plastic skirting boards installed along the perimeter in living rooms
Kitchen area: floor tiles, 600×600 mm
Bathroom:
- Walls — tiles 600×1200 mm
- Ceilings — matte stretch ceilings
- Flooring — tiles 600×600 mm
Plumbing:
- Piping layout for plumbing fixtures
- Outlet prepared for a boiler (boiler installation not included); plumbing fixtures are not installed
Fixtures:
Shower tray (without glass enclosure), 900×1000 mm
Electrical:
Lighting wiring:
Bedrooms, hallway, and bathroom — one lighting point in each room with one switch.
Kitchen and loggia — one lighting point in each room with one switch, including the light fixtures and their installation, one unit per room.
Power supply wiring. Electrical accessories installed:
- Bedroom — 3 sockets + 1 TV outlet + 1 switch
- Kitchen — 4 sockets + 1 TV outlet + 2 switches
- Bathroom — 4 sockets + 1 switch + exhaust fan
Air conditioning:
- 1-room apartment — 1 air-conditioning route

Interior doors:
Installation of concealed-frame interior doors, 2200 mm
Kitchen:
Kitchen furniture is not included; utility connection points for water supply, drainage, and electricity are provided
The renovation works are completed within 80 calendar days, starting from the day following the client’s advance payment for the renovation works, in accordance with the terms of the contract.
Any additional works requested by the client are paid separately. Such additional works may extend the overall renovation timeline for the period required to complete them.
